Pre. Booked a taxi 5 hours in advance, the taxi never showed up. You would think we would get priority, no. How it works is you get put into the system at the time. after ringing multiple times and trying to ring complaint line we ended up ringing another company.

Useless and rude phone reception. Would not listen and would accept the business name I gave. Then told me it wasn't listed. I searched on my phone came up as the first listing on google.
And then Energy City cabs had no problem finding the address too.

easily the best service in town friendly drivers and good value. they don't charge extra just because it's the weekend

Absolutely awful. I booked 4 taxis in total, NONE of them picked me up. I ended up having to get someone to pick me up. I waited 40 minutes for nothing. Your negligence to do your job properly put me in danger. I will never, ever use you guys again.
