Beautiful and truly luxurious premises, genuinely friendly, helpful and polite staff. And the menu is top-notch. Highly recommended.

Very ideal suite rooms with very comfortable, huge, high beds and with very clean sheets. Very good buffet breakfast. All the hotel staff are helpful. Concierge and reception staff speak fluent English and are polite.
The conference halls are gorgeous, huge with high ceilings and with good presentation and listening equipment.
The area is generally safe for strolling. There is a small duck park nearby the area. Small stores and bread shops are easy to find.
Concierge assisted me how to reach the Museum of Anatolian Civilization and the Ankara Castle. I enjoyed the last day independent tour I did.

Nice atrium, well appointed rooms, friendly service, good breakfast and good food in the Club Lounge. Downsides - always hot in rooms - 25C. In Turkey this is normal but for others it is warm and hard to sleep (Climate control in rooms is available only in the summer.). Limited drink selection in the Club Lounge, and the 5 or so songs play endlessly, which is a lot on a 12 night stay! Location is excellent, overall service excellent. Would be 5* if not for the constant sweating due to the high temperatures.
