Discovery Bay Blvd and Seal Way
Highway 4 bypass becomes 3 lanes (for a short distance before it becomes 2 lanes again). There is no access from here to CA-160 north, so drivers who want to go to CA-160 should make a U-turn at Hillcrest Ave. Direct connector ramps from Bypass road to CA-160 will be built in 2013-2015.
