I-5 reduced to 1 lane southbound. Other than repaving the entire roadway with asphalt, the cracked concrete is being replaced with stronger concrete, resulting in lane closures and heavy traffic congestion. You can see trucks at the right of the road hauling away the old pavement. There were about a hundred of those trucks before I took this picture.
