Somerville Railway Station (2010). The station opened here in 1889 and in the early years it also operated as a post and telegraph office

'Mundowie' (2010). James Wilson built this house in 1921 on the 60 acres of land he owned
Westerfield (2010). This was built in 1924 for Sir Russell Grimwade, an eminent Melbourne scientist. 2.6 of the remaining 14 hectares was acquired in 2010 to build a freeway from Carrum Downs to Moorooduc
Crib Point Jetty - Port of Hastings (2010). This was built in 1966 for $7m and included a two-berth marine terminal with capacity for tankers up to 100,000 tons
Former Presbyterian Church (2010). In the early 1860s the first school in Moorooduc was housed in this building. It provided education for the children of the early Moorooduc settlers.
HMAS Cerberus (2011) - the Navy's premier training establishment. About 6000 personnel are trained annually, averaging 800 trainees on board at any one time
The Old Aeroplane Company (2011). Included in the airworthy fleet is a P-51D Mustang, T-38 Trojan, Harvard, Vampire and Tiger Moth
Hastings State School (2010). The early wing was built in 1872, which makes it the oldest government building in the district. Two additional classrooms were added in 1913 and a staffroom and storeroom in the 1950s

William Brunning's farmhouse (2010) - built in 1919, this house is strongly linked to the regionally prominent Brunning family, known for their orcharding and nursery

Former Thornell's Bakery (2010). Built c.1890, this was used as the Colonial Bank of Australasia, and was also known as 'Lisdoonvarna'

Two Bays house (2010). Built in 1904 for George and Charles Griffeth, nurserymen, who established the Two Bays Nursery c.1890. They moved from this house in 1918
Frankston Reservoir (2010). The spillway on the left has lowered the level of the water, but as no water flows into the reservoir the spillway is rarely needed
Ritchie's IGA (2010). Formerly the Alan Nunn & Son store [1888-9], it is the oldest functioning commercial building in this area
Band and Cinema Complex, HMAS Cerberus (2011). The Band provides ceremonial, musical and public relations support for the Royal Australian Navy
Frankston Reservoir Storage Tank (2010). This is 95 metres in diameter, 11 metres high and holds 53 megalitres of water that is pumped from Cardinia Reservoir
